About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative & Client Relations Coordinator to drive sales engagement, nurture client relationships, and support our front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about textiles, fashion, or small business development. 

This is a sales-focused role with light reception responsibilities. 

Compensation Package: 

House of Holmes offers a competitive compensation package designed to support our team both professionally and personally. This position includes a salary range starting at $32K annually, depending on experience, along with access to medical, dental, and vision benefits. Team members also receive 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) and 40 hours of paid sick time each year. In addition, we are developing a performance-based bonus incentive program to reward employee productivity, efficiency, and contributions to team success.   • Base Salary starting at $32,000 per year 
  • Uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn 
  • Cash Bonus milestones at key revenue targets to reward exceeding goals 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours/week 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00-4:30pm, 1/2 hour lunch, 8-hour shifts 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Client Relations (90%) 

  • Engage walk-in clients and prospective leads with professionalism and product knowledge 
  • Assist with quoting, pricing, and order intake for both new and returning customers 
  • Respond promptly to client questions regarding services, timelines, and project scope 
  • Follow up on leads, track status in CRM, and support customer conversions 
  • Provide showroom tours, explain service tiers, and showcase capabilities 
  • Coordinate closely with production to align client expectations with workflow timelines 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity, quoting, and customer correspondence 
  • Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts 

Reception & Administrative Support (10%) 

  • Welcome clients and vendors at the front desk 
  • Answer general phone and email inquiries and route as needed 
  • Schedule tours, consultations, and client meetings 
  • Keep the reception and showroom areas clean and professional 

Ideal Candidate Qualities 

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client account support 
  • Clear, confident, and professional communicator (written and verbal) 
  • Self-motivated with a track record of following up and closing opportunities 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM systems a plus 
  • Interest in fashion, textiles, or ethical manufacturing is highly valued
